I had such an amazing experience at this establishment. The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. Eve is such a treasure to this place. Martin did such an amazing/timely service on my vehicle. The owner Peter was very pleasant as well. I would give this business 10 stars if I can. 10/10 I highly recommend to come to Lux Auto Body & Paint for your auto body/paint job needs for your vehicle.

I had a great experience at this shop. I was in a hit & run accident in December and I needed a body shop that was certified to work on Genesis cars. I found them on google and saw all of the great reviews, so I decided to use them. They were fantastic to work with! Everyone was very kind and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. It took a little longer than expected but I think you have to factor in supply chain delays for parts and labor shortages, so that wasn't necessarily Lux's fault. They did a beautiful job on my car. They matched my complicated color very well and made it look as though I never had someone hit my car. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much to the Team!

My wife and I were in an accident where we needed to seek coverage from our insurance. We were brought the RV to Lux and were asked to pay SO MUCH IN STORAGE FEES because of the time that had passed and the ~$200/day fee. Omar had advocated for us and guided us to demand better service from AAA. Lux auto body shop and Omar also stayed open 1 hr late to help us remove out things. 2 lessons from this situation: 1) WATCH OUT FOR STORAGE FEES AND ESTIMATORS LIKE HENRY from AAA who delay to the point where it’s at your expense 2) Maintain open communication like we had with Omar so you can go through the process with some education. This was the second time we took a car to Lux Auto Body & Paint, and we couldn't be happier. This was not an insurance claim, but rather our choice to have Lux beautify one of our cars. We could have taken it back to the Mercedes dealership, but we chose Lux due to the excellent results from our first visit. It all started with the reception from Eve at the front desk. She is super friendly, knowledgeable about the entire repair process, and updated us on every stage of the process. Most amazing of all, when she called to tell us that the body shop found more damage than originally expected, she was apologetic. (We actually knew about the damage because we had the original estimate done by the dealership) I can't say enough good things about not only the results, by Lux Auto Body & Paint, but also the service and very reasonable prices. We will always choose Lux for our auto body needs!

When I tell you there's angels on earth, please believe me. A neighbor side swiped my suv and left some minor but need to be repaired damages. I received three estimates, and Lux Auto by far was the best. Not only was the price agreeable, but the integrity of business was appreciated. Peter is the angel on earth. His gentle spirit is a vibe. My suv looks brand new again, and I'm taking my other car there so it can once again look brand new. I highly recommend oh yes, and they're certified. Blessings to you!
